Email not being received from website

We are having a persistent problem with emails not coming into an inbox - info@soultosoul.com.au

We are getting email from the soultosoul.com.au website into Rebecca@soultosoul.com.au

We are getting auto responders from info@soultosoul.com.au

We are getting email directly sent to info@soultosoul.com.au

We are not getting email from the website into info@soultosoul.com.au

Settings are the same for rebecca@soultosoul.com.au and info@soultosoul.com.au.
