Hello, we just signed up on Zoho. Having set up an email id, I have noticed that the mails sent are not received by end users. It's not being shown in inbox and not in spam folder too. So I think end users are not receiving the email.
How ever I can receive the mails sent to my zoho id successfully.
What could be the possible causes??
