Email not working - MX errors

Dear Zoho,

None of my email accounts will work and keep showing MX and SPF errors.  I have followed all instructions on several occasions and waited 24/48 hours.  The instructions you give via Control Panel and via the notifications differ.  So I have done each version of the instructions once and waited the required amount of time and still this is not resolved.

The last time I tried to post I received an awaiting moderation comment and then the topic was never posted.  I have been contacting you since the middle of May regarding this issue.  I have a big project launching next week and, far from being convenient for my business, this is taking up too much time with no support.

I would be grateful if someone could resolve this with me please.
