Email notification to different address

Currently the email notification window has lots of options, but the notification (after a form is submitted) can only go to the primary account address. Is there a way to specify a primary address for each form, or send emails to other addresses associated with the profile?

I have five addresses on the profile, but only the primary address shows in the notification window's "email ID" searchbox.
