Email notification when customer adds new payment type
Here is the problem:
I send the email to the customer using Zoho Books from the customer page. Under "More", I select "Request Payment Information" which sends a templated email to the customer with a link to update their payment method.
The customer clicks on this link, updates their payment method, but I am not notified that they did this. It is important to know so I can make sure the recurring invoices are updated with the new payment method
Currently, the only way to know that a payment method was added is under the in-app notifications which gets lost among the hundreds of other notifications. I would like the ability to have an email notification when a payment method is updated by a customer.
