- In the Paid Editions – 300 x total confirmed and active users (per day, per organization). 12 AM to 11.59 PM GMT is considered as one day.
For example, you have 5 active and confirmed users in your organization’s account. Then the total number of individual emails that a user can send per day, per organization will be up to 1500 (300 x 5) emails.
So I have signed up with 10 users, and should be able to send 3000 emails in one day per user. However, my email policy has a maximum limit of 1000 per day and is causing issues. If I enter a number higher than 1000 Zoho Mail complains that the number is too high. Please help.
