Email Routing issue

Dear Tech Support

How can I fix this?
I cannot get a hold of anyone at tech support via phone
I have left voicemail, i have emailed, now i'm coming to the forums to see if I can get an answer

This is to warn you that emails sent to following email routes configured for the domain xyzdomain.com gets bounced recurrently, 

[smtp.secureserver.net]. 

In case the email bounce persist, above email routes will be disabled. 

Please check the configuration settings.
