Email Scrapping

Hello,
This might be a little off-topic for this forum, but I was wondering if anyone has come up with a way to scrape email from their Zoho mail account/s? In particular, I am subscribed to a daily Internet Threat Intelligence report and I would like to scrape the IP addresses out of, and save them as a csv file so I can then automate a process to get them added into my firewall.

Any thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated!
