Bigin desperately needs Email Sequencing. We have to buy other software to do this and bigin doesn't sync with many outside software. 

Email Sequencing means if someone doesn't reply/open/click an email, it can automatically send another (or a few) after a set period of time. 

This is very common in a lot of CRMs..
