Email status alerts

Hello,

To properly manage high volume of candidates, it would be very interesting to be able to create alerts (popup or others..) depending on the status of an email sent (ie, 2 days after an email has been sent, still with a pending status (delivered/sent) but not yet opened or clicked). It would allow us to do a great follow up of contacts we try to get with candidates (bear in mind that it is not uncommon that we have to contact people many times - by email, chat, phone - before we succeed to reach them).

Hope you will be able to implement this asap.
