Hi,

When I signed up to use your email service I used my details to sign up and our support email address as our first email box. Now the header of each support email has the name of the account holder as it is a general email address I do not wish to have a first name last name displayed how do I fix this? I did manage to change the name in the account settings in the hope that it would change it in the email but it did not.
