I upgraded to the paid plan because having bought a new domain, I wanted to set up a new email address to be linked to it. But having paid, I now find that all but one of my existing email addresses has been cancelled (what happens when people email those addresses now?) and I have to additionally buy a new user account to be able to set up the email address I wanted in the first place. This was not made clear at all when I upgraded. If this is your policy, I'll ask for a refund of my paid account and go back to the free system with 5 email addresses.
