Added a second domain to our Zoho mail  (Workplace subscription) via dashboard

Added an email user for this domain (made him admin, too)

User has email enabled, domain verified etc.etc.

- when user tries to log in, a blank page at https://mail.zoho.com/zm/ comes up, nothing else.

What's wrong?
