1. User is prompted to register with user ID and password. A user ID is created e.g. "xyz".

2. When a user name clicked in the list of users, ZOHO opens a blank email - TO: xyz@zoho.com. What for this email ID?

3. When this mail sent to the address, it is never delivered with following failure report -
550 cuda_nsu 5.1.1 <xyz@zoho.com>... User unknown

4. Moreover, how someone will access his mail (xyz@zoho.com) ? Will it be notified to him whenever he logs on to ZOZ projects? Or will it be forwarded to regular email account of the user xyz@company_name.com? Later option is preferable.
