Emailing directly to a call using title or ticket URL?

Hi ZohoDesk,

I know there is ZohoFlow, and many custom ways of achieving this I suspect but we are going for a quick win approach!

We use Devops for bug tracking and want to add our support address as the follower to some of the items that have been triggered by a customer.

What we would like to do is add something to the header of the follower email so when it is incoming it logs the devops status change email into the correct call.

Is there anything that ZohoDesk uses to track the allocation of conversations to the right call that we can add to the template that is sent from Devops, call URL, Title etc?

I'm hoping the answer is yes, but I suspect that this has a lot more to do with the properties of the email header than the heading and the URL for the ticket ID.
