We are a small environmental charity using Zoho mail and really benefitting from the service.  However, some strange things have started happening in recent weeks and I was hoping that somebody could help.

One of our members (we all use the same kentarg.org email domain) is receiving emails from me but if mails from a third party are forwarded the body text of their email isn't forwarded, only the details of the person who sent it.  This happens if I send an email to either this address or his hotmail account.

Another member isn't receiving emails at all to her kentarg.org account but is receiving them to her hotmail account.

Any suggestion?
