I have configured the Wordpress plugin correctly and it works fine for regular email addresses but for emails associated with my domain nothing is being received. When checking the regular email address that are receiving what is being sent, it even shows in the "To:" section that it is being sent to our domain emails but as I said nothing is being received by them. I also used the Test Mail feature of the plugin and sent one to a domain email of mine and I got nothing. This plugin was working fine up until a week ago at which point our domain emails stopped receiving emails sent by the Wordpress plugin. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Created new keys, adjusted the DKIM and nothing has worked. The domain emails are able to receive and send emails between each other and receive and send emails to regular emails just fine so it's not a DNS MX record issue. I have been attempting to contact support for days and have received no response.
