We are currently using Zoho CRM Enterprise.

Recently we have been trying to sync the CRM with our existing MS Exchange in order to view emails sent to customers from Exchange within their CRM record. Despite numerous phone hookups this is not working.

As a way to fix this, we thought moving from MS Exchange email to Zoho Mail might make this integration work better. In order to test this I have set up a free account of both Zoho CRM and Zoho Mail. I am able to send email from Zoho Mail, and create new Leads and Contacts in the CRM from these sent emails. I am also able to send emails from within the CRM, and see those emails recorded against the Contacts record.

This is crucial to us if we are to move to Zoho Mail, otherwise we will have to consider Office 365. Can you provide an answer?
