Emails Not REceived

Emails Not REceived

Hi All, hope everyone's doing good.

Recently subscribed for Zoho mail and yesterday my coleage sent some emails and I have not yet received them.

Can any one help me with some more details on how and why this happens and how to start receiving all the emails.

NOTE: I checked my spam folder, I logged in web mail and I guess this should be the place I can expect something.

Looking forward to some assistance.
