Emails rejected as not trusted
Hello,
I have an account where the mail I sent to some of my customers is being rejected by recipients because the email is not from a trusted source. I have verified all: DKIM, SPF, Domain Authentication keys and when I try to send, it is still being rejected as having trust issues. The account is for "brent@" our domain forzapipelineservices.com Can you please provide some clarity on how to resolve this? I have multiple accounts with Zoho, some paid and some free and I will be forced to seek an alternative if my customers cannot receive emails because of trust issues.
