Emails reporting as 'Opened' when opened within Zoho CRMPlus
We've been using SalesInbox within Zoho CRMPlus, and have noticed that when an email is opened within CRMPlus, it's recorded and notifies as 'Opened'.
Is there some way to configure CRMPlus to not do this for emails opened within itself? This is producing a large number of false positives - I don't know whether a Lead/Contact has actually opened an email, or someone else within the organisation (like myself) has.
I'd think this behaviour also skews the statistics for templates - has that template
really had 75% of recipients open it?
If there's a way to change this, can someone please advise? Thanks.
