Emails showing up in Zoho Mail through web browser but not IMAP account in email applications

Something occurred around 3pm central time on Friday that caused my IMAP accounts to 1) show emails in my inbox that were previously filed away in subfolders and, most concerning, 2) NOT show new emails that do appear in Zoho Mail through my web browser. This has continued to the present. Please advise ASAP as these are time sensitive communications.
