Emails sitting in queue and delay in receiving emails

Emails sitting in queue and delay in receiving emails

All the users under my account have seen some of their emails placed in a queue and not being sent for upto 2 hours. There has also been a delay in receiving email into zoho mail or some not appearing at all in inbox or even spam folders. 

Is ther a technical issue with Zoho Mail or is there something that I need to address?
