Emails suddenly not being received

My email account suddenly stopped getting messages yesterday afternoon.

This morning I started getting regular "Connection to the server failed or was dropped" error messages when using Outlook for Mac v16.60.

Repeated activation of send/receive in Outlook would finally get the undelivered email messages, but after maybe 15 minutes of trying. They would show up instantly when using the Zoho webmail page, however.

No settings have been touched since signing up w/ Zoho 3 months ago. The whole POINT of moving to Zoho from Network Solutions was for reliability.

Any ideas?
