what is the best way to setup a customer discussion forum that will be hosted inside a Squarespace website? 

A client wants to setup a forum for general discussion - some of it will be about help topics, some of it will be about general discussion about certain topics. 

They have a Zoho One account, but they are very new, so they haven't setup any of the tools yet. 

Does anyone have recommendations or discussion on the best way to setup a forum? 

eg.

- use Connect? 

- use Desk?

- use Wiki? 

- use something else?
