I have a group of companies that share employees and crews. I would like a platform where somebody (person A) who needs help can post the job and then other crew leaders can bid on the job (with an hourly rate or something like that). Person A can select the help that he wants and turn down the other offers for help.

There is a platform very similar to what I want to build called U-Ship, for organizing back haul shipping for trucking.

Does anybody have an idea of how to do this through a Zoho platform?
