I am new to Zoho and having a problem with its forms.

I embedded a form into a WordPress website and it is working ok, except for one thing: even as I mark the fields as required, the form is submitted with empty fields and then the Thank You page opens. Inside Zoho I see many entries with Data Not Provided.
