I think it's about time you guys maybe upgraded the end user UI to look a little more professional.  Times New Roman font looks cheap.  When we have lovely Live Chat showing custom agent icons etc and lovely fonts, I'd like to see this on the customers computer when carrying out remote support.

Just a suggestion.
