Engagement Rate Discrepancies between Zoho & native data
While pulling data for a monthly report, our team noticed some pretty big discrepancies between engagement rates reported through native data, versus Zoho.
For example, the top LinkedIn posts in November yielded engagement rates below 1% in Zoho, while the report from LinkedIn reflected a 4% engagement rate.
We are seeing similar differences with Facebook data, as well. Could someone shed some light on how Zoho determines engagement rates, or whether this could be a bug within the platform? Thank you!
