Enrich your contact and company details automatically using the Data Enrichment topping

I hope you're all doing well. We're happy to announce the latest topping we've added to Bigin:

The Data Enrichment topping, powered by WebAmigo.

This topping helps you automatically enhance your contact and company records in Bigin. By leveraging publicly available information, this feature pulls in missing details such as job titles, company information, and social media profiles.

This feature is yet to be released in EU DC.

What problem does it solve?

For sales and marketing teams, manually gathering complete information about contacts and companies can be time-consuming and error-prone. Imagine you just received a contact with only an email address, such as “amelia@zylker.com.” Without additional information, your sales team would need to spend time researching Amelia's full name, job title, company details, and social media profiles.

With this Data Enrichment enhancement, you can simply add the email address to Bigin and click the Enrich button. Instantly, the topping fetches her complete details, her role as Head of Product at Zylker, her LinkedIn and Twitter profiles, and her company's phone number. Along with the contact's profile, your team also gets enriched information about the company, such as its revenue, employee count, address, industry sector, and social media handles, which enables them to understand who they're contacting, tailor their communication, and increase their chances of converting the lead.

Integration

To integrate Data Enrichment into Bigin:

Go to the Contact/Company record's detail page, where you'll find a small icon near the record's name that acts as a gateway to install this topping.
Click on the icon to install the topping and accept the terms and conditions.

Now you can map fields from WebAmigo to the corresponding fields in your Bigin account.

The topping will fetch contextual data and display it alongside your existing data, allowing you to update your record with new information.

Availability

Data Enrichment is available only in Premier and Bigin360 edition.

Limitation

You can use up to 500 enrichments per user license per month, with an overall cap of 5,000 enrichments per organization per month. The final monthly limit is calculated as (number of user licenses × 500) or 5,000, whichever is lower.

For example Organization with 2 users can have 2 × 500 = 1,000 enrichments per month and Organization with 20 users can 20 × 500 = 10,000 which is capped at 5,000 enrichments per month.

Notes

Enrichment limits are tracked separately for Contacts and Companies.
Only successful enrichments are counted toward the monthly limit
