Entire Network is Offline???

Entire Network is Offline???

Since I came in around 7 CDT this morning, 60 of the 64 computers I manage via Zoho assist have shown as offline; if you try to use the WoL button, you get a pop up that states "Power on failed... since the whole network is offline."

I can access these PCs by other means, not to mention the fact that my inbox isn't exploding with "network down" complaints, so the issue is obviously on the Zoho side.

I've put in a support ticket (at least I think I did, the form was very confusing) and tried the 'contact us' link about 2 hours ago, haven't gotten a response. 

Anyone at least have some information about what's going on, if not a fix? I have a major project coming up this weekend, and if Zoho is down it becomes a work-stoppage issue for me.
