[ERROR] Add Records API is not working

First of all I would like to mention that I have created two support tickets will all the relevant information over a week ago and still not had a reply. I have called your UK number three times and all three times it hangs up after 8 mins. This is really bad support.
Problem:
Ever since our Recruit UI changed to the new version on the 10th May we have had 50%+ failure rate to add candidate records via the API.
I have tried both new and old versions of the API and I have discovered the following.
The API call either adds the record to the old version of Recruit or the new version of Recruit. Therefore whenever it hits the old version I receive a failed api request email. The only reason I know this is because when I manually run the API add records and receive a "Record(s) added successfully" with an ID this is known in the old version and not the new version.
The new version of Recruit has no knowledge of over half our applications.
I now cannot access the old version of Recruit and therefore we are missing over 50%+ applications which is business critical for us.
It looks like your API switch is moving between the legacy system and the new system. Can this please be fixed ASAP.
