I have couple of queries mentioned below:

1) i am getting sender address block error for some users 

2) While we triggering mass mail to our users that is getting hanged or taking so many attempts which blocking the usual mail sending functionality as well.  Can you suggest me how we can make this mass mail functions easy ?
