[error] don't recive email from all mail box to zoho mail

[error] don't recive email from all mail box to zoho mail

we using zoho mail for mail box company with domain name wintech.vn we have a problem don't recive email from all mail box (gmail ..vv..) however we sent via email with zoho mail from mail my company to gmail...... is normal.
