Error in attachment files

Dear Zoho Support, We have a problem with the attachment feature from out applicants. There is 1 docx file cannot be opened with the error message "Unable to resolve the server's DNS address". There are also 13 PDF files, cannot be opened with the error message "Could not load Adobe Acrobat". Please help thank you Irvan Rianto
