I have a problem on Feed Page and Notification showed in the pictures below.

When I left a comment, it just displays on Task page, it was not showed on Feed Page or notification to people that I tagged.

Picture 1: On the Task page.(my account is vanvt, last comment was posted by me)

Picture 2: The Feed page (I just see comment by Admin??? and I logged in Admin account, he didn't receive any notification about this task???)
