one of my clients is having a problem receiving mails. I tried to send a mail to her address and got the following response:

552 5.1.1 < gbs@gbs.com.uy > Mailbox delivery failure policy error

The email is gbs@gbs.com.uy

The mailbox is at 77% of its storage.

They need a solution ASAP since is it's main address.
