Message:  Layout is either invalid or deleted from your Zoho Desk account. Remove the current integration and reconfigure.

I have setup the integration between forms and desk with all the fields mapped.  When I am finished it says integration successful but as soon as I go back to it, it gives the above error.  I have tried to redo multiple times and tried with different forms but still get this error.

Would be very grateful for any help :)
