Also, to go along with another error I saw in another thread, we are also getting the issue where the proxy is being requested.

Lastly, we get a message that the server is acknowledging the request, but refusing it if we use a copy of ZA_Access_Support.exe for unattended access that we have downloaded previously.

I'm assuming that his is a know wide scale issue, correct?
