Error while downloading Emails via IMAP

Hi,

I am getting the following error while trying to download mails.

“Task 'info@mydomain.com - Receiving' reported error (0x8004210E) : 'Your mailbox is temporarily unavailable because another e-mail message is being delivered to it or another mail application is accessing it.  The server responded: -ERR Mailbox locked.'”

We have configured mail in both mobile and laptop. This has led to losing some mails in laptop since it is been downloaded in mobile devise. Please do needful to correct this error.
