Escalate the ticket internally based on sales owner in the zoho crm
Hi Zoho Team,
May I know if we can create a field(escalate the ticket internally to our sales service owner) in the Zoho Desk back to our CRM module called "Our Services"?
For example, a customer raised a ticket to our Zoho desk and we want it to be escalated internally to the respective sales owner in the Zoho CRM.
The snapshot below is one of the service id in the zoho crm and we want to escalate the ticket internally to the sales order owner(highlighted in the snapshot). Can you please give us a guidance on how to do it. Thanks.
