Escalate the tickets to the escalation team through email

Escalate the tickets to the escalation team through email

Hi Zoho Team,

I would like to ask if it is possible to escalate the tickets when the status changed to "Escalated" by sending an email to them. I have attached the snapshot from my Zoho desk where I want it to email to a certain group(escalation team). Thank you and looking forward to your response.
