Essential email blocked!!! - I need to unlock, but can not!!!

The sistema@cuecasduomo.com.br e-mail is used only for sending invoices.
This is mandatory in Brazil!!!
This email has been blocked in error.
And I can not unlock or get detailed information about the reason for the block.

HELP!
