Evaluation of Zoho Recruit

Is there any means of financial reporting in Zoho Recruit. We would like to be able to record the commission rate that has been agreed against a Job Opening, the expected starting salary (against which the commission is applied) and an expected signing date (when the commission can be invoiced). Is the integration to Zoho only one way? If we update the Client or Client Contact record in Zoho Recruit can we ensure this is reflected in Zoho CRM. A one-way data relationship is not really 'integration'. Have I missed something?
