I made an event for one of my field techs.

Put in the address.

He came up to me with his event open on his mobile app.

there are four tiny buttons at the bottom:

an envelope,  a blip with a check mark, a map, and a phone.

check mark "checks me in".

The map doesn't seem to do anything?  Shouldn't it navigate to the event's location??
