Is there a way to add an 'event' as a date and have that then referenced in all data tables with dates.

As an example,

If I turn off facebook ads on a certain date. If this 'event' shows up on my data, I can see how this change affects multiple data sets. Sure I could just do it by keeping a separate table logging these events, but was wondering if there was a way to show it.
