exceeded download limit for the day - please upgrade your account

I am trying to sync my computer (again) to Zoho Docs because yesterday my desktop ZOHO documents disappeared.  When doing so, I encountered (exceeded download limit for the day - Please upgrade your account.).  So, I upgraded my account and am STILL getting the same errors.

In addition, my phone does not sync the "Shared With Me" documents very often.  It has only worked ONCE.

How do I resolve these issues.

I am using a Mac 5k personal desktop with OS X Yosemite 10.10.3  and an my mobile is an iPhone 6+.
