Hello,

I want to have a list of all agents in Desk along with their permissions (thus based on their profile), but I can't seem to find a feature for that, like an Export button most of today's tools have.

All I can see is the agent list from Setup > Users and Control > Agents, but there is nothing to export that list to a file. A more complete feature would be to export that same list with all corresponding permissions (not only the name of the profile they have been affected).

I know it's possible to export such data with Zoho Sign, Zoho Analytics, etc. but I'm not able to find anything for Zoho Desk. Is that really the case or did I miss something?

P.S.: We have the Enterprise subscription for Desk (not the Professional one, nor Zoho One).
