Export function

I am a prospective user of Zoho Projects, and it strikes me that an export function is essential for my purposes. That is, I want to be able to download meeting notes, progress charts, calendars and so on so that I can adapt them in my local word processor and archive them in a "neutral" format (RTF or MS Word doc). I suspect many users would be loath to generate a great deal of material that resides permanently and exclusively in an online service. Thanks.
