Export mail from hosting

I want to use in the zoho email, two mails who are used in godaddy from my domain, but i want to know if when I create on the dashboard the email from this two mails, what happend with them on godaddy? or zoho automatically export this two emails to the dashboard? What I can do if i want to use the name of this mail in the zoho dashboard with the same name and domain. Thanks
